Cats love it. Surprisingly durable for my little monsters. Note: The house part just sits on the cardboard backing, they are NOT connected. That's good, because you can simply put a new notepad or your own bed in there if necessary.

As other reviewers have noted, the body of the house is simple. No details. Easy to assemble, cat loves it. The string didn't come to tie the cardboard gingerbread man to the house. There was also no notch for the cord so I put a hole in it. Box said there should be catnip, but it wasn't there either.

Popularity has taken a long time to get here from order to arrival. If you have a cool cat like me then they will love it. If your cat isn't cool, then I doubt she'll have the same fun as Agnus. By the way, you should make decorations on the windows and around the door as they are only brown.

I bought this in January as a late Christmas present for my cats. All three love it very much. I had to glue flaps to it as it had to withstand three relatively fat cats playing in, on and around it, but it holds up well with everyday use. I had to replace the gingerbread man after a few weeks as one of them decided to bite his head off lol.

Wish the board and house were also attached as my cats often turn the house over and roll around in it but other than that they LOVE this toy. It's a shelter mixed with her favorite breed of scrapers. A bit soggy as there is no bottom to keep the catnip from spilling out but that doesn't bother me too much. Being cardboard I didn't think this thing would last long but after 3 months it has become her favorite. I can't bring myself to recycle it :P

A package came and it came in a box from production. I am disappointed because the "glaze" is not applied to the roof, door or windows and the roof is the only thing that is printed. Additionally, the icing is now cut out to be part of the roof and this piece arrived damaged and crumpled so it looks awful. There's also no way to attach the bottom (the scratchy part of it) and my cats are crazy and I can already see having to figure out how to attach the two pieces myself so it doesn't come…
