I buy tons of these printers every year during the peak tax season. They are of great value and there is hardly a defect. To be honest, they are so cheap and so rarely bad that I simply throw them away unused, and I am still far ahead of other providers in terms of price and quality.

I have purchased toner from this seller before and have been very happy with the quality of the prints so decided to buy multiple batches. Compared to original HP toner, this toner is much more economical, but the quality is very competitive. I use it in accounting where toner consumption is very high. So far no one has complained about print quality or paper jam issues.

My only complaint about these cartridges, and I admit my guilt in part, is the poor instructions that came with the toner cartridges. I had a "d'oh" moment when I figured out the problem, but that's not how it should be. The instruction chart didn't clearly show that the orange tape needed to be removed, and it was only later that I saw the tape itself say it should be removed. I paid over $80 for one of these at my local office supply store. They work great. A little trick I was shown a few years ago is if you notice a slight fading when printing, take out the ink cartridge and shake it really hard for about 30 seconds and you can still print a few months out.
