Manageability: Electric

I have a total of 8 smart sockets and each of them controls my lights and wave generators. The only thing I want to know is how to control it with Siri. The description says it can be controlled with an iPhone. If anyone knows how to do this please lmk.

Not worth the headache

It took me all day to link this plugin to the app. I have multiple devices at home and am very tech savvy. I have no idea how I finally got it to work, but it was awful and frustrating. Then when it finally worked (after trying the same thing all day), it wouldn't even connect to Google Home. Relax. Doesn't work with Smart Life app like I thought so I had to download ANOTHER app called Teckin which doesn't work with Google Home.

Works well even for those not inclined to smart home

I've had these for a year now, just ordered more. Mostly we use them to make it easier to turn on the Christmas lights AND add them to our schedule so we don't forget to turn something off at night. Very easy to set up with the included printed instructions and the included app is easy to use. I installed them in my family's house and now my elderly parents are not worried. I will continue to buy more as needed and add them to my overall network.

You work most of the time. until they quit

Every once in a while we ask Alexa to turn off the light and she can't find it. We end up manually turning it off and then restarting it, and Alexa is fine after that. In general, however, they work. With these sockets or smart bulbs, we have been able to automate most of the lights in our living space. We're very pleased, aside from the occasional fart from Alexa's brain. UPDATE: It has been a month since we ordered them and they are not working properly. We've tried turning them on and offโ€ฆ

Great product at a good price

I got these as a gift and we liked them so much we bought another set and I'm in the process of buying a third. I use them to turn the Christmas lights on and off inside and out. For us, "outsideโ€ is the cold, snowy north, and the cold doesn't seem to be a problem at all. I don't have smart speakers so can't comment on pairing them with one, but the Smart Life phone app worked well and setup was easy. I only use mine at Christmas and had to log back into the app this season but all the plugsโ€ฆ

Best I feel cheated in sockets

I used them for 2 months. They seemed to know her name wasn't trusted, so they removed it from the photos and descriptions. So 2 years ago I ordered 4 packs of these plugs for my Christmas lights. I liked the fact that I could group them all together and tell my Google Assistant to turn on the Christmas lights and everything would turn on. I only used them in December 2019 and again in December 2020. Now it's that time again and I pull it out of the kitchen drawer and plug one in and it tripsโ€ฆ
