This is much better than the standard mounts that come with flash cameras. They have a lockable ball joint and the ability to rotate the camera around the theta axis. You can mount them at a 90° angle as long as the included brackets don't exceed 60° or so. They lock too. The OEM mounts are just a ball and socket friction lock, meaning someone could jump up and smack the camera and move it around. You won't move that easily.

I couldn't say a bad word about it if I wanted to. This Blink wall mount is MUCH better than the ones that come with the Blink devices themselves. They reach a lot further and I feel like you have a lot more positioning options for your camera. Installation was easy, set it up on my porch, took about 4 minutes, boom done. Considering you can get three of these for $9.99 you can't get a better quality product at this price and the quality is pretty darn good, I will be buying more in the future…

I wanted white flash camera mounts. They suit our home better. I bought 3 packs of these mounts and was very impressed. They had all the necessary equipment for the installation. I drilled through plaster so I appreciated the plastic dowels. They even included 3M adhesive gaskets to ensure they seal well in the mounting bracket. This mount worked great to give my Blink outdoor cameras the range of motion I needed. The factory mounts just didn't let me get the angle I wanted to see along the wall and they worked great. They're plastic, but they don't feel flimsy and attach easily. I would not recommend over tightening the screws as they are not very strong. I used this mount on a Blink outdoor camera. The mount that comes with Blink cameras is very difficult to attach to the camera, so much so that you think you will damage the camera. Instead I broke the original bracket. So I bought it, received it the next day and SIMPLY attached it to my camera. After raising the camera again, I now have a lot more room to move. Installing this "product" seemed easy until you realize that it requires a set of sticky washers to hold the camera in place. Apparently they were added to the box after they were made and tested (right?) as the instructions say nothing about or where to place them. Using these washers makes mounting the mounting ring on the camera almost impossible. Bought this set of three wall mounts for my Blink indoor and outdoor cameras and they perform much better than the original Blink camera mounts giving a much wider choice possible at camera positions. This product allows Blink cameras a greater range of motion than the mounts that come with the cameras.
