Payroll services are great for small businesses because they make it easier to track employee hours, pay, and benefits.

This is the best payroll service out there. The interface is so user friendly, you don’t need any training to use it. You can create new employees, edit existing ones, change employee status (for example, leave), assign them to projects, update benefits, etc. And if you're already familiar with Paychex software, you'll find it extremely easy to navigate. Not only that, but the system provides detailed analytics on how many hours each employee worked per week, average pay, bonus eligibility…

Pros
  • The interface is so user friendly, you don't need any training to use it.
  • It's free to use.
  • You can create new employees, edit existing ones, change employee status (for example, leave), assign them to projects, update benefits, etc.
Cons
  • If you want a higher level of features than what Paychex offers, then this may not be the right tool for you.
  • If you are trying to build an analytic, then this will not work for you.
  • They do not offer an API, which would allow others to integrate their product with their own software or other platforms.

I used Comp Intelligence to organize my data.

These guys helped me to figure out how to use this software effectively. They taught me how to use the system and explained all the bells and whistles and how they work. It was a long road, but it was worth it because now I am able to see all my data in one place. It saved me so much time! I would definitely recommend them to others.
