Easy Way To Keep Track Of Your Clients

The fact that its free for up to 10 users which I think makes everything work very well in an office environment. We use this mostly as a means of keeping track of things like appointments but in our case we also have clients who are using it for invoicing purposes. It has been great so far but sometimes there can be lag times when adding information or accessing certain features. But nothing major in terms of functionality either way.
