Great Floss Best in Floss

Thank you for offering a product that lives up to its advertising while helping the planet. I have been using silk yarn for over a year and I know that a product that I know is eco-friendly, works great and is affordable is a rare commodity and I appreciate that. If you're new to changing you know it's a little different than the plastic thread, I mean it's a different product so it shouldn't be a big surprise but you'll get used to it and the glass bottle is a lot nicer than plastic waste. BUY

Great product but… there's no point in heavy plastic packaging

I bought this product to replace another eco product called "thread" that I used but didn't have in stock. Although the product is nice in that it came in a very large shipping plastic bag for a completely different purpose. My only option now would be to try and find a bag drop and use some fuel to get there. I sincerely hope that this company will adapt their shipping method to their values.

Good thread, but the shipping spoils the overall impression of this eco-friendly thread.

I bought this to donate money to a company that wants to help the environment, but it came in a large Amazon plastic bag which defeats the purpose. From now on I will be shopping locally. Also, it's a decent thread as it's strong enough to clean your entire mouth before it breaks. I would say it's better than regular plastic filament. The taste is soft and not sharp and is much easier to hold between your fingers than regular dental floss. However, sometimes I feel like the floss is too big…

At the moment we pack all our products in a small box made from recycled kraft paper that can be composted (+ sanitary wax paper to cover the coils). Even the ink we use is made from soybeans, which break down faster than petroleum or oil-based inks, so it's safe to throw the packaging straight into the compost heap. Everything for a greener and cleaner planet!
