This adjustable wrist and thumb brace is easy to adjust to provide the support you need. It is very convenient and easy to customize to your needs. It's a very cheap price, so you can buy multiple pieces to keep them in different places like purses, bags, etc.

Provides some support for weak wrists. I like it because it's comfortable. It has some flexibility. If you need a higher level of support I would go for something more solid. I wish it was a little wider, but overall I like it. I use it for Pilates.

I have relatively small hands and wrists so I had to wrap it quite tightly to stabilize my wrist. Because of this, blood flow to my finger is cut off when I try to literally do something about it. If it works better for someone else, that's great. It just wasn't a good product for me.
