Unsupportive and uncomfortable knee sleeves

These knee sleeves are a flop in terms of comfort and support. They are marketed as compression sleeves for arthritis, tendonitis and other ailments but provide little relief. Pros: None. Cons: Uncomfortable, unsupportive, and not effective for relieving pain. As someone who works in Industrial and Scientific fields, PPE should be a priority in terms of safety and well-being, but these knee sleeves miss the mark. Do not recommend.

Pros
  • Provides compression which may help reduce pain and inflammation associated with arthritis and tendonitis.
Cons
  • Volume

Pros
  • Pads and protects the lower part of the wrist, including the pisiform bone
Cons
  • Out of fashion

I'm a full-time software developer and wear them all day

I've been a software developer for 13 years and about 6 years ago I started experiencing severe pain and inflammation of the wrists by typing and using the mouse. I think as I got older my wrists couldn't handle the amount of work I put on them every day. The doctor diagnosed me with RSIs in the ulnar tunnels on both wrists. The right hand, my mouse hand, was worse. There were days when I could barely type from the pain, which was very frustrating since programming was my livelihood. I spent…

Pros
  • Reversible, fits left or right hand
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models
