Technical Errors: Computers and Tablets

I liked the size and quality of the view. However, a few technical questions. Firstly it is a keyboard but the seller explained how to fix it. The other was that it was supposed to ship with Windows 10, but that didn't happen. The first thing I tried, the power cord didn't work. After the second came I had the same issues so I got a refund.

Love but keyboard problems

I'm so in love with this laptop! But I have a strange thing with the keyboard. This doubles the amount of material when typing faster than typing slowly. Drivers checked, all are up to date. I don't know what else to do :(

11.6 inch laptop to view and reply to emails on the go!

11.6 inch laptop for viewing and replying to emails on the go! even on the couch! Yes! This laptop is fast and great for my needs. It helps me answer emails even when I'm away from my desk and doubles as a tablet when needed. The touch screen makes it really great. I love the blue color design I need that is very unique!

I've used this computer a few times since it shipped and I still think it's great! It's quick and easy to use, with no hiccups, and the preinstalled Microsoft is good.

Decent convertible laptop/tablet, great for web browsing and basic tasks

A long time ago I had an old Chromebook that I used to surf the web, so I wanted a small and simple laptop that I can do mainly for surfing the web and performing simple tasks that my mobile phone is too small for. I had to lower my expectations

There are a few complaints I have 1. Battery why does the battery have a 4 ½ life when the description says 7 hours? 3. It lags but not completely 4 buttons are very sensitive, sometimes they type the same letter or number multiple times 5 easy access is great 6 multi-window navigation I'm returning this item

Small, light. I love that it's also a touchscreen, but I still need to learn a thing or two about using some of its features. Happy with this purchase.

Dead on arrival for computers and tablets

Laptop lasted less than 1 1/2 hours and died. The wall charger will not charge the laptop as it is supposed to supply 12V DC and only supplies 2.3V DC. Called Amazon and got the worst service in years. I spent an hour with a tech Alex who didn't know what he was talking about and had to call Amazon on a second phone as the guy didn't put us through to a manager. The so-called technician said it was either a laptop or a charger. Who knew what a revelation. He said the charger should output 25…
