Review on Computer Celeron Convertible Touchscreen Bluetooth by George Bridgewater

Laptop lasted less than 1 1/2 hours and died. The wall charger will not charge the laptop as it is supposed to supply 12V DC and only supplies 2.3V DC. Called Amazon and got the worst service in years. I spent an hour with a tech Alex who didn't know what he was talking about and had to call Amazon on a second phone as the guy didn't put us through to a manager. The so-called technician said it was either a laptop or a charger. Who knew what a revelation. He said the charger should output 25 volts when in fact the charger says 12 volts. Where does Amazon find these people? Sent back, waiting for replacement.
