Have had this shaver for 1 month. While my wife was cleaning it, she removed the cutter and two feathers popped out and were lost. Apparently Conair understands that this is a problem as their instructions say "make sure you don't loosen the little feathers under the cutter". Support stated they didn't have replacement springs to ship and I would have to return the shaver for a warranty replacement. This is not an electric shaver for a close shave, even if it says so in the package instructions. You have to go over the area you want to shave, which causes razor burn. Sometimes razor blades also cut into the skin and cause lacerations. I bought this for my bikini area and I want it to give me a close and pain free shave. It requires equal effort on my legs and forearms. This is not a good electric shaver for women.

I love this Conair razor! No worries and above all comfortable. This thing's close shave and battery life between charges is as good as it gets. This razor is the most unwelcome piece of junk I've ever tried to use. With a butter knife you can shave faster, better and more completely. The motor is so weak that it will stall if it hits a hair more than 1/16th of its length. The battery runs out before you can shave half your ankle. Clean and complete garbage. First impressions: I like that it's quite small, compact and feels good in the hand, I like that the foil/razor is non-threatening. The instructions are very clear and understandable. I let it charge for 16 hours as advertised and started drying my feet. After shaving, my legs became smooth with almost no stubble. I was really hoping this would be the last razor I would have to buy but looks like it won't :-( I was looking for a female electric razor that would all their sensitive parts without a razor burns, aches, cuts, spasms and sprains and I haven't found any yet Unfortunately Conair Satiny Smooth gave me minor cuts and abrasions It didn't help at all with the very light colored fine hair on my legs and just didn't do anything special for me overall.

An excellent shaver for legs and face. I never get wet and leave it charging unless I shave. My legs and face are very smooth. I have thin, thin hair on my legs so I don't know how well it works for thick hair. I bought this because I take blood thinners and actually shaving in the shower turns into a bad smell. I'm finally shaving my legs again. I haven't tried razors for very long and I always get cuts. Well, not anymore. Conair is very easy to use and I shave much faster. And it's hard for me to do it under my arms because I can't lift one of them very high. No problem, just pull through twice and you're done. Cleaning is so easy. My mom has one and I tried it and that's why I have mine. She wore it for about 7 months and didn't have to replace the coil sheets.
