As expected

Nothing fancy but just a great product that works as expected. I used it with a USM 70x200mm telephoto lens on my EOS 7D on my recent visit to Crescent Lake to see brown bears feasting on salmon! The videos turned out great, it couldn't have been done without them.

Lightweight/Durable

I'm not a professional so I don't need the best just to make sure everything works well enough for my needs and that's all for now. It's lightweight, durable, easy to use, and easily tucks into the side of my photo backpack. I don't think I could be happier with this if it didn't make an ice cold beer. Just buy it, it works just like high dollar sticks.

Solid monopod good for tripods and monopods

I needed a monopod to reduce blur on telephoto shots. I chose this product based on the description and the photos displayed. There is no disappointment here! I'm very satisfied with this product. The monopod is very durable, easy to use and has the height I need. The included soft carry case offers protection while the soft grip handle is a plus. Also, I am very happy with the speed of service. I received the product earlier than expected. Excellent work!

Works best with monopods

The first one I bought was damaged, I'm not sure if it was from the dealer or shipping issues but the seller replaced it immediately and have been using it ever since. This is a great stand if you don't want to carry a tripod around. I use it all the time at the beach, it's easy to carry, easy to set up and use and gives me the stability I need. It's not the same as a tripod, but it does the job of keeping you a little more stable than if you had nothing at all. I would recommend

Cons
  • Quick Guide

Very light. Simply screwed into the bottom of the chamber. The switches allow for quick setup and can be performed with the camera seated or standing. A monopod is much easier than a tripod in terms of carrying when attached to the camera, as well as vertical adjustment or placement. He can hold the camera vertically on the pole, which doesn't particularly bother the photographer. Ideal for long events, sports, landscape photography. I don't know why I didn't buy a monopod sooner.

Small Sturdy Monopod

I do a lot of nature photography and when trying to get the right shot of birds I have to stand a lot. Heavy cameras can be too heavy for older hands and wrists, but this monopod can easily support the weight of the Sony RX10. Some monopod reviews speak of weak connectors that can't hold the camera securely, but this one seems sturdy enough. I prefer the lever action models over the swing action models, and as a tall man I really like the extension available on this model - it's long enough for

  • Unbelievable price
