I like how easy it is to create an attendance report with this software, as well as send out automated emails regarding upcoming events or new hire notifications if you set them up in advance! The ability for employees who are not always present at their desks (but still want access) would be nice too - but unfortunately that isn't available yet so we're using paper calendars instead right now until then comes along :) It's very intuitive when creating schedules which helps make sure people can
