Review on CONCEPT HRMS by Carlos Long

I like how easy it is to create an attendance report with this software, as well as send out automated emails regarding upcoming events or new hire notifications if you set them up in advance! The ability for employees who are not always present at their desks (but still want access) would be nice too - but unfortunately that isn't available yet so we're using paper calendars instead right now until then comes along :) It's very intuitive when creating schedules which helps make sure people can find where they should go without any trouble. We also use Google calendar alongside ConceptHRM because of what google has built into its system vs having to integrate our own time sheet management app every month; plus there aren't many free features included w/Concept and most companies will require paying monthly fees. I like that it is easy to use, and that it has many different features. It's not very user friendly, and sometimes there are glitches. I wish there were more ways to customize the system. Also, some of the screens can be confusing at first, but after you get used to them they become easier to navigate. I have been able to track employee attendance, time off, and other important information with this program.
