On its own this case is perfect - I'm deducting a star because the foam inside isn't made for heavy things - and at this size most things will be heavy. The problem is that condition 1 or the 3rd party doesn't sell bights for it so now I have to either pay $300 for custom foam or make my own bights. They have them for their smaller cases, but not for that.

I needed a large bag for an expensive fan that we use at our trade shows. I needed something that would protect the blower from falls, rough handling, water and theft. This case checks all the boxes. Yes, it's big and heavy. But it's made for big and expensive things. It rolls really well on the big wheels - better than any of my Pelican cases. And it costs a little less than other brands. Condition 1 crates are now used for all of our exhibition displays.

Excellent quality, corresponds to significantly more expensive goods. However, I found that the device I received is being used by someone else. When I pulled the handle out it was covered in mud. Apparently someone bought this, used it (dirty) and then cleaned it very well, except they forgot to lengthen the handle and clean that part. Everything seems good except one. The part that holds the handle in place should be fully screwed on (as I had to do). It's not, it's just held on by screws. Which is good if you plan on carrying an empty suitcase. Once you put your weight on it and grab the handle, pull it up and then pull it toward you. Seems to be ok for the price. You don't get Pelican quality foam, but you don't pay the Pelican price either. I didn't really care because I threw away the styrofoam and plan to use the case to house a homemade solar generator. I have a couple of complaints that no one has mentioned before: the wheel wells rob you of 2-3 inches of advertised storage space, and the foam on the lid is glued to the lid with an insane amount of hot glue. Not too happy with this product. I used to have a Pelican case with the same video camera. I thought I would save money and give it a try but now I regret it. The big difference is in the quality of the foam. With a TRUNK of this size, Royal Case should expect it to contain some type of weighted item. With two V-mount camera batteries, two lenses and a camera, after two days of movement, the foam will shift, warp, fade and lose its shape. I have a before photo, I'll take an after. The foam also
