Choose another: Parts & Accessories

Advertised as 18" tall. It's only 15" so be careful. Also keep in mind that it doesn't have a bottom. Normally this wouldn't be one Problem if the sides were long enough, most air conditioners these days have a hard bottom, so the condensate that collects is used to cool the external coils, but the "heavy duty" designation is a joke.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Upgrades

It has an open bottom

I didn't know it was an open bottom and my main reason for buying it was to avoid drafts. It worked well for us because we didn't have to disassemble our device, we just put it on and it fit perfectly. We only installed it today so I'm not yet sure how effective it is at keeping drafts out. I just think the Revain should make it clear that it has an open bottom.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some cons

I think you get what you pay for

Delivery was fast and the packaging was fine. The flimsy little rubber bands that attach the cover to the AC unit are rubbish. During my first attempt at assembly, a strip broke off. Luckily I managed to somehow tie the groups together to make it work this winter (hopefully). Next winter I will spend a little more money for better coverage.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • boring packaging

Everything is fine. It's just a shell; as thick as ordinary tarpaulin. This fabric has no insulating properties other than drafts. What I didn't notice is that it's a 4-sided lid; the floor remains open. I don't know if I missed it in the description but thought it would cover all 5 sides.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Trash Air Conditioner Cover best for heating, cooling and air quality

This cover is not designed for heavy use, it's absolute garbage, it doesn't cover the entire air conditioner. It only has three sides at the top and two sides that it doesn't cover at the bottom. The case blows away in the wind, the elastic is thin and doesn't hold the case. In the picture Revain looks like it covers the whole conditioner but it doesn't, I strongly do not recommend this cover, complete nonsense, I'm very disappointed.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Big and bulky

. I put it on about a month ago and so far it's working fine

I put it on about a month ago and so far it's working fine. It definitely doesn't look as clean as the picture, but it's given to me because there are so many sizes of air conditioners. I put mine on to wrap the black elastic cords around the bottom and fasten them on top, which I liked because it made them more secure. The lower part leans back a bit due to the size, but overall it does exactly what I intended it to do - protect from rain and inclement weather.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • quality

Great for covering a wall mounted air conditioner for the winter

I buy one of these every year to cover the outside of my apartment through the air conditioner - just fold the front edge over the top of the cover body to reveal the To make depth more accurate to be closer to the sash of the box and the outside wall of the house. However, the strapping is pretty flimsy, so I use some long elastic cords tied together to attach the cover directly to the building's wall. Keeps the Minnesota winter wind from getting inside ๐Ÿฅถ. I just put in the cost of this cover

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

In the picture it looks perfect on the top

BUT NO MATERIAL COVERS THE BOTTOM. The picture also gives the impression that a small rubber band will be enough to hold it. No, that is not so. In fact, if you try to use a rubber band, it all folds up on its own and flies off the air conditioner. When purchasing this product, it would be a good idea to purchase bungee cords that are designed for outdoor use. I had to wrap it around the back and down the middle, using both a 40ft and 24ft bungee cord together. it was just as difficult. Hereโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
