I bought a Bondi Curls deep conditioning hood for deep conditioning and space saving as I didn't want to buy a hood dryer. It was perfect, I microwaved it for two minutes and sat and watched TV for an hour. My 4B/4C hair is soft and doesn't tangle. I highly recommend this product.

Reheats easily in the microwave and stayed warm for a long time. The shower caps provided were very fragile and struggled to support the weight of my hair and the cap wasn't designed to hold a lot of hair. It worked and I managed to paste everything in, but it was a bit of fiddling.

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to give all my hair conscious ladies a PPE! If you love your hair, please don't risk your scalp with this product. After warming up in the microwave according to the directions, I smelled the smell of smoke. Luckily I saw the smoke from the cap before I put it on my head. The flaxseeds were exothermic on some substances, causing a reaction. As a chemist I was like NOOO! They must reverse engineer this product before releasing it!
