Overall this is a really good light for general content creation and conferences for example. I recommend buying for the price.

I bought this to teach Zoom classes at night. I love that it has 3 different colors and brightness. You can mount it on your laptop or, if I'm using it, on a stand on my desk. There is no remote control, but the switch is handy.

I don't know why it took me so long to buy something like this. It is really important. Just note that the seller inserts a cryptic coupon saying you've won a second item, and when you claim it, it asks for a 5-star rating.

It has some disadvantages, but it also has its advantages. Of course it's not made for professionals, but if you just want better lighting for your granny call then at this price point it's great. CAUTION: If you have a small or frameless monitor, pay attention to the clip. You don't want to crush pixels and ruin your screen.

Light really makes a big difference when it comes to illuminating your face or area for a studio session or anything you need light for. Given the weight and all, I wasn't expecting it to be so bright and powerful. Adjustable controls also allow you to change the brightness, which is helpful for different lighting needs. I use this ring light on my monitors when video conferencing for work. It is very compact and comes with a clamp and tripod. It's very bright on the highest settings and all my calls now look great. While working from home, I can use different methods of video chatting for meetings, conference calls, etc. As an introvert, I like to sit and work in the dark, but I would have done it to turn on the lights for meetings. This kit allows me to use the ring light by just plugging it in without having to get up to turn on the light. It's very bright and attaches directly to the screen. Fast installation.
