TI bought these for a business vacation I have with my team. They are full of confetti and the confetti floats really well because tissue paper is light. I also like that they are biodegradable.

Bought to pass out on New Year's Eve. I think I didn't read the description well and expected more confetti poppers, but it's you shaking the confetti. A little disappointed. When we used them. Nothing has happened. Upon closer inspection we found they had plugs that should have come loose. We've used similar confetti and have never had lids. We were able to use them, but the initial joyous moment of expecting the confetti to fly is gone. I don't know if there were instructions on the box or not.
