Constantly broken because of Thread & Floss

This is very light, not strong, not strong. I bring her back! Went back to the cheap filament I bought from Walmart - the filament is actually much better.

Pros
  • Always happy
Cons
  • Waited a long time

This is a very long thread

I use a lot of thread to make small quilts for veterans and disaster areas across the States. I've been using these threads, both white and colored, for about 10 years. Also, I find very little fluff in my car.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Best Quality - Best Price

I am a quilter and have used this thread from Connecting Threads for many years in all my sewing and quilting projects. I won't use anything else. I won a spool of thread from another popular brand and it was awful compared to this one! This thread will not break or twist. Bobbins this size last forever! It's only stable quality! You will not be disappointed! You will love it!

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Something Different

My favorite yarn

I have been buying this yarn for many years. I use it for piece and machine quilting as well as English paper quilting. I've never had problems with threads. I use a thread conditioner when making English paper to reduce tangling. I usually buy 2 skeins of this yarn so I don't have to turn the machine when winding the bobbins. I sew a lot and 2 cones last a long time.

Cons
  • Ripped

The thread breaks easily during normal sewing

I have an industrial machine on which I sew almost exclusively. I have a cone from this and a cone made from black cotton thread from another company. This thread is a bit thinner and breaks very easily, much easier than any other thread I use. It breaks when I take my clothes out of the car. It also tears when I sew more than 2 layers of fabric and the thickness changes in the seam (e.g. in the crotch hem).

Pros
  • Thread and dental floss
Cons
  • Expensive
