Damn Good: Industrial Electrical

They do what they have to do. I set the heat gun to 650F and use a shrink bezel. A minor annoyance is that the heatshrink tends to *stretch* along its length when heated, pushing the wires apart slightly. A bit of a learning curve to get the plug wire spacing right and account for that stretch. Work EXCELLENT. I use a heat gun and with practice I can get the right amount of heat to get the job done without damaging the shrink wrap. Would give it a '5' if the outer coating was a little stiffer and the 'waterproof' sealer flowed more evenly at each end. I do NOT recommend, depending on the "watertightness" of your connection, as the sealant inside the connector doesn't necessarily have enough to evenly flow around the cable insulation.
