WORKS GREAT for braces, splints and supports

Much better than specialty medical products that cost over three times the price. Received the same night and slept with it. The fighting clenched fist didn't wake up! Cozy. and my arm feels much better and more relaxed. I wear it during the day when I want to relax my hand and arm.

Works great if you can wear it right

My fingers are curled up so I use it at night while I sleep. It's hard to put on alone. He came down several times during the night. I had brain damage from the surgery and my left side isn't working properly.

Easy to put on for braces, splints and supports

Really helps keep fingers straight and comfortable to wear most of the day. Bought for my dad to help after a stroke to keep fingers from being twisted and regaining their more relaxed natural state. I find it a bit difficult to wash as the foam doesn't come off, but as it doesn't get very dirty with soaking and hand washing it works great. Definitely recommend.

No Instructions!: Medical Supplies & Equipment

I know a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist usually puts this on the patient but we have a home health care setting and OT asked us to order this for my brother. But since she only comes once a week and it was brought in between visits, we had no idea how to dress it. A pictorial paper showing the steps and how to attach the straps would be very helpful for first time users and for those who need to put it on between therapy sessions.

Good product! - Hand and Wrist Brace

Got these on the recommendation of my husband's doctor, he suffered a serious head injury two years ago aged 23. He has left-sided weakness and muscle contractures. Therefore, this brace is great for keeping your hand open instead of curling it up into a palm. We have to use wrist braces at night to keep him from fiddling with his diapers, feeding tube and tracheostomy and they are easily compatible with these straps! They're stuffed really well, so it doesn't bother him anywhere and he doesn't

    Busier than expected

I purchased this product after developing spasticity in my left arm following a massive stroke a few months ago. I looked at a few different options but decided to use this C-shaped splint instead of the flatter one and my therapist agreed that this would be better as it is a more natural position. However, when I received it I was disappointed to find that it turned out to be bulkier than I had imagined and it's something I can wear at night as I had hoped. This is fairly easy to deal with…

    The fabric becomes slippery

I am paralyzed on the left side of my body which causes my arm to be badly cramped before bedtime. I've tried a few different brands, I had high hopes for this one. But after using it every night for 1 month the fabric and straps became slippery and my hand/arm started to slip out of the brace. I tightened them with all my might, but the same thing happened to no avail. The straps seemed to keep my arm and hand in place, but it got worse and worse. And note that due to my disability I can only…

    May not be for everyone

I bought these for my father who lives in a nursing home at the request of an occupational therapist. His hands are swollen and clenched into fists, which they try to loosen. Well, he can't open his hand wide enough to put it on. They called a specialist who first had to make him a non-standard thing out of paper (see photo), and she asked me to order a soft palm rest, which is a cylinder-shaped pillow with finger separators. I'm sending this back. I don't know if he will ever get as far as…

I am paralyzed on the left side of my body which causes my arm to cramp violently before falling asleep. I've tried a few different brands, I had high hopes for this one.
