No customer service

I charged it once and won't save a charge again. I can't figure out how to get it repaired as the company doesn't provide a return address either. Disappointed.

Not the best sound, bass is muted

don't like the sound, you have to turn them on to hear the voice, then if anything else happens they'll leave you, even after after watching the film WITH YOU I HAVE A HEADACHE NEAR.

Broke after six months

These headphones are comfortable and have good sound quality, but both sets broke in about the same place. The first time I thought it was an accident, but when the second set broke in the same place I figured it was a design flaw. This brand is no longer for me! They're fine if you want to replace them every few months.

Durability

I've had these headphones for over a year now. I mainly used them in the gym. They are still in good condition, the vinyl is chipping a bit from sweat and use. I've used them for zumba and weight work. They are light, fit well (I have small ears), don't slip much, the sound is good. The battery lasts really long. I usually use them 2 or 3 times and then charge them just in case.
