Good product and customer service

Awkward to assemble but makes a solid stand once installed. It's very durable and I'm not afraid of falling. I missed the silicone pad on top of the controller/headset. I contacted the seller and he sent me the missing part. I highly recommend this item! Anyone complaining about the setup needs to relax and take their time.

Excellent purchase! fits Xbox One

Arrived on time, comes with extra plastic bracket and screw in case you tear it off. Comes with four pre-cut rubber feet (self-adhesive). Super easy to assemble. Looks great on my table. Fits my PS4 and Xbox One controller, Corsair wireless headset, even with charging cables attached. There are only two things I would like to improve; 1) the color options, 2) the controller's lips are slightly raised on the joysticks and that only bothers me on a personal level. Still worth 5 stars.

I do not recommend! The assembly is difficult! Look for an alternative!

Now everything together is not so bad, but it was quite difficult to assemble. It felt like I needed 3 hands to put it together. Comes with an allen wrench, wood screws that go into each side of the unthreaded plastic tube! Once put together it's decent and gets the job done, but assembly was a nightmare. 1 hour+. Wouldn't recommend it. See what else is available in this price range. Worse than collecting Ikea. If you have patience and/or childlike hands this might not be that difficult.

Easy to assemble and does what I need

I've seen a few reviews where people mentioned the difficulty of assembly. There may have been various revisions, I honestly don't know. I assembled mine so I took one side and attached the dowels to it with the screws provided. I left them loose enough that they could be moved if necessary to align the holes on the other side. Also, the dowels are plastic - once you've tightened both sides enough, it won't wobble, stop, or you'll rip the dowels off. As far as function goes, it does what Iโ€ฆ

Convenient to have and easy to assemble!

This stand will be a welcome addition to our computer range. Firstly, I just don't understand why people have so many problems building it. Don't try to follow the instructions in the video! It's too shaky a process. Insert the dowel so that it is in the hole. Insert the screw into the hole and gently turn the dowel with hand force. Use an Allen key on the screw, then just turn the anchor until it is tight. You can turn the allen key or hold it and turn the pin - your choice. When you're doneโ€ฆ
