Exactly what is shown in the photo

I see no need to add a photo as it is 100% accurate. It's not the same as the old controller stands sold by Microsoft with a foldable base and hidden compartment, but when they're on the controller shelf, it's a little different. This stand works great with my Halo controllers. Great for displaying controllers if that's what you enjoy doing, or just for holding a controller.
