They are way better than the regular Chuck Taylor All*Stars. They seem better made with more padding and the medium size goes great with jeans or shorts. And yes the laces are short but a pair of 45 inch laces cost me $1.89 at the pharmacy - problem solved. I bought the white ones and have been wearing them for a few days now with no problems. Width D fits perfectly.

So, let me start by saying that I've worn Converse for many years, both high tops and low tops. I loved them - the look, feel etc. I have a low arch but for everyday use (my job doesn't require me to be on my feet) they were my choice. I always wear 6.5 women's clothing and have never had any problems. I was in awe of these medium sizes as they looked so cute! So stylish! Great shoes. This is a great example of taking a classic and making it better. These shoes have soft padding around the ankle and tongue, better cushioning and arch support. My only minor complaint is that the laces could be a bit longer. I will buy another pair.

I love these shoes. I was afraid they might be too bulky but they are perfect. There is some padding around the top of the ankle and tongue. The rest of the shoe fits just like a regular Chuck Taylor. I usually wear a 12, but I always go down a half size because they seem a bit big. The laces have an elastic band, so wearing shoes without laces is not a problem. The laces still keep the ball securely on the foot. Looks great with shorts and jeans. Now I will only buy these chucks.

The design of these slippers is kind of minimalist, very casual, they go like slippers, they stay on and the fabric is such that they keep their shape. The only problem with them is the soles, they don't hold up very well as they detach from the rest of the shoe. This is my second pair, I'm more careful with the activity in them. I'm glad they still make these shoes but they need to figure out the best way to attach the sole to the canvas.

They fit well but since this stylish shoe doesn't have arch support I use store bought arch support (about $12 a pair) and these shoes are like that comfortable and fit well. I usually wear a men's size 12, but for these men's sizes, 11 works perfectly. Not to mention they look amazing.

Looks good, fits well. but damn it's horrible to walk in it because of the hard plastic and ankle supports. I'm sure they can be worn more comfortably, but still not a good shoe for walking more than 10 steps at a time. I would still wear it, but not for running more than a mile.

Just received mine. You are really real. I ordered my normal shoe size; 9 for women, 7 for men. They fit perfectly. I love this Converse style. They look great on my big feet! I will get more flowers.
