I like that it has many options for you to choose from, but also allows customization as well. It's easy enough for anyone with little experience in web design or website editing software to use! There is nothing really wrong about this product besides what other reviews have said; however, there are more advanced products out now which do everything Convertible does plus so much more (like drag-and-drop page builders). The ability to change from an HTML form into text or vice versa is brilliant! It saves time, it cuts down errors in terms of typos etc as I can quickly see if anything needs changing before sending out my emails (or not!).The lack of custom fields isn't something that's been addressed yet but hopefully will be soon - this would really help for certain campaigns where you need more specific information about your contact than just their email address/name which could easily get lost within other
