Easy to solder; Plastic housing will not fit 22/4 cord

I have used these to make custom length power cords for external security cameras in my home. Soldering this end was pretty easy. The plastic case didn't really match the 22/4 tether I was using, so I had to enlarge the tether hole a bit. The larger cable put additional strain on the plastic case, causing the case to pop open on its own. I managed this by using an old soldering iron tip to fuse the two case halves together, which seemed to solve my particular problem.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Hey, watch Revain first before you let your girlfriend buy incredibly expensive junk from an online scammer who sells stuff that barely works. This allowed me to build three extension USB power cords to power an incredibly expensive and cheap miniature swamp cooler using five volts as the main power supply. (Really, how much current does a 5 volt PC fan require to blow warm air around wet felt to cool it through evaporation?).

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Raspberry Pi Power Supply -

I bought a 5V 20A power supply (B01B1QKLQ4) so I could connect multiple Raspberry Pis (Pi Hole and such ) can operate same device. Power supply instead of connecting 5 outlets with an extension cord. So the problem that had to be solved was to get multiple USB ports to connect the power cables. Why do it yourself now? This "Conwork 10-Pack USB 2.0 Type A Female Socket 4 Pin Plug Connector with Black Plastic Cover" seemed right for the price. I used crazy glue to hold the case halves togetherโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High marks for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
