The 6 year old liked it very much. It was a Christmas present and she was able to use it immediately with little or no instruction. It was the first gift she played with and she completed all of the projects in it without stopping in between. Later the boys (5-10 years old) also competed for a chance to try it! Now my 6 year old son is also interested in hand sewing. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this product as a Christmas present for my 7 year old granddaughter in 2019 because the price was great and she wanted to sew like her great grandmother. . I had no idea how big the hit would be. A year later she is still using it and has even made her own masks for Covid! There is no need to thread the needle, so any child can use it without adult help or supervision. This year I bought another one for my other 8 year old granddaughter. This is another great success!

I sent this letter to Florida as a gift for our granddaughter and still haven't seen it live except in a chat. She loves it. She is 7. I think what I didn't understand initially was the concept when I bought it that this is not a real machine that will embroider. Nonetheless, she enjoyed using it. And he works with felt materials that obviously stretch and stick together. We don't regret the purchase, now we just have to find felt materials that she can use instead of the normal material.

It doesn't sew, but you can use it to attach pieces of felt and complete projects that don't take more than a day to put together if you're not actually sewing them (by hand or on a real machine). Oh my god my 9 year old loves this. It's a fuller, not a real sewing machine so no thread needed. But it's great because kids can use it without help. And if you run out of the felt that came in the kit, you can get plain felt from Walmart or here at Revain and it works great with the machine. This machine comes with 5 designs. There are no additional designs or fabrics available for purchase. I have contacted Spin Master support and the best they can do is replace the machine.
