I previously gave this product 2 stars in a review because the toner does not come with a chip and I have to take the time to understand the chip and then just remove and put its find. do not register at the copier. I have purchased this toner twice in the past prior to this experience. Print quality was acceptable - not as good as OEM, but for the money it was good value. I work in a doctor's office. In these difficult times of COVID-19, we are looking at ways to maintain the quality of our practice and save money where possible. This ammo is such a deal! THEY DO NOT COME WITH CHIPS. As you pull out the toner cartridges, you will notice a very small microchip on the right side of each cartridge. This chip must be removed and then placed in the same location in the same direction as in your original cartridges. After that everything is ok. The printer works great
