Normal. It worked beautifully, I don't think the ink was the problem but it was actually my new printer. I removed all internal parts of the printer and tried to get the advert out by reinstalling a new fuser. All pages always turned black. I tried to clean the roller by going through half a dozen pages. Thought the printer was fried. Until I read on the internet that some new printers have built-in Wi-Fi or chips that only read branded cartridges. Tried this and it worked. No questions. I gave

Bought 2 packs in April 2019 when I bought the printer and only used it in February 2020. So I didn't think it would fit or work. but it fits and works.

I was afraid to order this because it was so cheap I figured it definitely wouldn't work. The first 100 or so pages left black spots. Which doesn't really matter because I didn't need them to be perfect for what I was printing. The print seems to be much cleaner and overall I am happy with this product.

This is a great toner that has always been compatible with our HP printer. Good thing we don't have to pay full price for it! However, due to the needs of our company, we have found that the ink runs out more often than the original brand. This isn't a very significant difference, but it ends up being a little quicker. Overall 10/10 would buy again.
