💦 Compact Coolerguys 1" Waterproof IP67 12V Fan: Ultimate Space-Saver! Review

I don't have a max of 12V. 5V is enough to move air. At first I wasn't sure about the size, but it's very effective. For a small size, this is a hit.

Good quality and hardly noticeable sound. Bought to replace some fans on a set of expensive headlights. Maybe my Jeep's headlights got wet, so I wanted waterproof versions of the fans. These worked great!

Works well for the intended purpose of circulating nutrient mist in a 5 gallon aeroponic growing system. It was quiet when first used, but the noise level increased after the first long on/off cycle. Still functional, just a little louder; about 2 times the height of the bumblebee from the inside to the outside of the bucket.

This is the 3rd fan of this size I've bought from the Cooler Guys and it seems to last about 1 month. I used it in my RV to vent the gray tank. It will not be immersed in water and will not be affected by dust. The line it releases is sometimes wet, but according to the description, you can even submerge this 1 meter of water for 30 seconds. I will contact the company on Monday to see if they are willing to cover the 3 year warranty.

Ordered 2 but ended up buying 4. One of the two I originally ordered had a whirring noise that came and went and the other was fine. Placed the second order of 2 and one was fine and the other sounded like sand. I have concluded that this is a manufacturing issue as it is "waterproof". Would buy again just not overly impressed with the worn/used feel of the bag as it is noisy.
