This wedge is amazing. We use it for my disabled son (tbi), he doesn't have a torso or head so needs to be supported in a reclined position to eat through gtube. We tried 3 different types and brands of wedges and this one was the best. It's honestly so cool for a tough guy, which is great for him because he gets hot really fast. It's so comfortable, unlike the stiffer foam wedges. And you can change the slope. That's great.

Bought this for my husband after rotator cuff surgery. That first night he slept on two large European pillows and felt terrible. I ordered it (it arrived in one day), I put it on the sofa for him and he immediately felt comfortable and could sleep. But even with the 'cooling' fabric, this wedge bed cooling pad is a huge disappointment when compared to a set of Lunix LX5 orthopedic wedge pillows, which are three times the price.
