Good product although the only negative is that.

Good product, only problem is that the charging cable is very difficult to connect as it is at the bottom and you have very little space to plug it in. , It would be better if it was done on the other side so it's easier to connect.

Charging does not work

The case is perfect, but with a fatal flaw. If you're a parent and always charge your tablet for them, you're the one for me. I have big hands and little space to plug in a micro USB cable to charge my tablet (NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE). You have to take it out of the case almost every time you want to charge it. They had to put a handle on top as the screen on these devices rotates so we can at least plug it in!

Good product, the only drawback is that the charging cable is very difficult to connect because it is at the bottom and you have very little space to plug it in. It would be better if it was done on the other side so it would be easier to connect it. This may be my son's tray, but it would be better if it was mounted on the opposite side of the handle.

Only the Samsung design that accommodates the charging port stopped 5 stars overall

I find my granddaughters and their two large dogs jump on them and this type of case seems to be 2+ yes able Bumps, tugs - war between children and withstand falls from furniture, falls on the sidewalk, all at once. This particular case introduces some usability compromises due to the placement of the switches, IR emitter, and charging port on a large 10.1-inch tablet. Terrible charging connector design

Terrible charging connector design. My husband cut out all of the foam on the handle to allow the charger to be plugged in without bending the charging head. If you hadn't tried it I would have sent it back. Otherwise I love these cases for my grandkids. I have 5 old tablets for watching kids videos. And none of them could destroy the tablet even if it was thrown across the room.
