Background noise

They work. The audio is blurry. Maybe good for small kids who don't really care about sounds. Not comfortable. Without rubber ear pads.

It has a good sound, works very well with my Oneplus 6T but unfortunately not comfortable. Poor ear design and lack of comfortable cushions

These headphones are ideal for those on the go who need headphones to distract themselves on the way to work or school. I lost my pair that came with my phone so they came in handy

Swing and miss on headphones

The problem with these headphones is that they are made of hard plastic and an uncomfortable shape. They don't fit in my ear or anyone else's ears that I know. I've had 5 or 6 friends try them to see if I could give them away and all have so far said they're uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service

The staff is very attentive and quick to solve any problem you might have with the product. If the original fails, you will receive a replacement within a few days. They were very professional, took care of my problem quickly and replaced it without hesitation. You are wonderful. 5/5 definitely recommend. Thank you Kuja!

USB-C headphones are such a pain. Worked and then stopped working with my switch. Works on my phone.

Bought to have something that works with my Google Pixel 4 XL and my Nintendo Switch via USB-C. The weird thing is that it worked with my switch at first, but then stopped working. I'm not sure what happened with this one. They still work great on my Pixel 4 XL. They're not very comfortable. I can easily wear Apple headphones that are almost the same size/shape. For some reason, they hurt me pretty quickly.

I absolutely LOVE them and don't know how I managed without them

I've never used headphones/mics with my phone, now I'm amazed at how I lived without them. Didn't want to mess around with another load, they're inexpensive and work surprisingly well. I just plug them in and put them on my shoulders. When someone calls, I lightly press the center of the controls to answer the call while I plug in my headphones. I hear others and they hear me. When I need to adjust the volume, I press the controls up or down. When I want to end a call, it's another click in the

Almost, but not quite.

I really wanted to give this headset a 5 star rating, there are many positives. It's reasonably priced, has good sound and a nice body. The problem is that it's not that convenient. I usually buy headsets with silicone ear tips and didn't realize they were hard plastic ear tips. They just don't fit in my ears, and since they're hard plastic, there's no way to fix that. They also tend to fall out of my ears. I almost gave this review three stars due to the lack of comfort, but other aspects areโ€ฆ
