With ankle bracelet 10 1/8" as is and my ankle is 9 1/4" = 7/8" difference is enough to close the clasp and opens just enough for comfort.>>> It might be a good idea to buy both an 8 1/2" bracelet and a matching anklet. Buy them for show only. UPDATE: I was wrong, buy these for pain relief too.

UPDATE: 9/5/2020 Long story short, I received and wore them on my wrists. I experienced no pain relief and thought they didn't work for pain. Well my pain is in my back and ankle and after converting them to anklets I really felt pain relief in my sore foot and ankle. It doesn't completely relieve the pain, but the pain relief is noticeable and the pain is noticeable when I'm not wearing ankle bracelets. I was wrong about them, they are effective against pain and I strongly recommend everyone…

Great quality but uncomfortable

I have ordered several of these magnetic anklets. They all feel slightly different on my ankles. Some are more comfortable than others (although I've never found them really comfortable). I have a problem with the thigh area, probably due to endometriosis. I decided to try them out to see if they could make a difference. First, they are really uncomfortable. I am very active.
