Copper Chef 12 Cup Muffin Pan: The Ultimate Baking Companion Review

I made a recipe called "Zucchini Chunks" that usually went bad because it stuck no matter what I used. This muffin tin doesn't really stick and works great!

I love this muffin pan so much. Nothing sticks, you don't need paper or anything like that for cupcakes. I've made cheese chips in it and it's great that it doesn't stick easily. Cleans like the wind.

Excellent dishes. It is very durable. My cornbread muffins came out nicely browned and baked evenly. I sprinkled a little Pam, didn't use the liner and the cupcakes literally fell out. The frying pan was so clean you couldn't tell it had been used.

I am progressively replacing many of my kitchen items that are NOT made of this copper material with items made from it. My old non-stick muffin pan had to be washed too much. Thought I'd cleaned it out one last time and ordered a copper cupcake pan. I've used it many times and never had to clean it. Notable things. I've had mine for a while now, but I only ordered it as a gift for my mom so she had to stop using those paper cupcake liners. She won't need them anymore.
