I bought this to supplement my primary vacuum, in order to remove the need to haul my Kirby all over the house.This vacuum does work, but the suction power is extremely lacking. It is easy to clean, and for a portable vacuum, the battery does last long enough to do several spot cleans throughout a week or so.

I got this hand vac in March 2018 to sweep up small spills and such. I did not use it very often, and was disappointed in the suction power. It was very weak. Earlier this week, I went to use it and while the battery indicator indicated it was fully charged, the unit is completely dead. It won't turn on at all, even though it says it is fully charged. I got it to vacuum my dogs' hair up under their beds and their hair against the walls in my hall way. I like the light and that it sucks up the dog hair from my four dogs.

I've had two of these already, and they randomly break. They no longer turn on, and no longer work. The first one was replaced through warranty, and I'm waiting to see if they will respond to my second request for a warranty exchange. Might be hard hard since they are no longer listing these products as being available. I'd avoid this at all cost as you don't know when they will stop working, or if you can get them replaced.

It works ok for the price, battery life is good but it lacks suction power especially if you are using the hose. Vacuums & Floor Care.

HORRIBLE product, was too late to send back by the time we opened it around Christmas.Has NO suction power, battery won't hold a charge. Would change my review if given a refund or sent another TESTED product. :(

It actually works like a charm but it died after 5 months and there is no way to contact the seller to exchange or return and the company is nowhere to be found online. I feel like Im stuck with it and very unhappy with it. After reading some of the questions, I am not the only one who found its a disposable vacuum and it only lasts for a few months.

I was disappointed in the product overall. It worked about as well as my previous portable vacuum and it got minimal usage - about 1 every 2 weeks or so. It started requiring charging more frequently over time. After about 6 months it just died.Because of the limited battery life and because the battery is internal and not easily replaced I would not recommend this vacuum.

Purchased in October 2018, completely stopped working July 2019. No reason for this to happen, I only used it about once every 2 weeks and regularly emptied it. Blue light is on when plugged into the charger, but won’t turn on. Crap.
