The seller was straightforward, I just didn't like them!

I liked the size of my tall and wide margarita glasses. I didn't like the wood - wasn't sure it would hold salt and liquid from limes/drink rims. Basically, I just didn't like wood - thought I'd buy terracotta, which I thought would be better for a Mexican theme party.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • No insurance

Exactly what I was looking for

Hard to find a salt rim that fits my margarita glasses, which are a larger diameter than any others I've seen (including margarita salt containers that are sold to shops). Instead of making a mess, this rimmer works great. It's also beautiful and well made, so I like to use it when I have guests. Exactly what I needed.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Unreliable

Nice high quality marijuana salt

This marijuana salt is actually much better than I expected. The wood is really beautiful and it seems to be a very high quality product. I've only used it once so far, but it's easy to use and goes great with my large rimmed margarita glasses. Several people have commented on how lovely it looks so I will definitely be ordering another one as a gift. I think it will make a great hostess gift and it comes in a nice box.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Can cause injury

Durable wood, almost unbreakable

Beautifully carved wooden utensils for almost anything that requires a top lid or jar coating with various salts, sugar and other baking ingredients. Great for margaritas too! Very durable. Washed and shine. The wood is cool and you will want others to know where you ordered it from? I accidentally ordered two and already have a (gift) house for another after being asked how did I get it? A good addition to a bar or kitchen.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Nice but would be better if it had a lid

Bought because we have "wide" margarita glasses and it was difficult to sprinkle some salt or tagine on the rim without that. Overall we are happy with this purchase. It looks good and is great for our wide frame glasses. However, it needs a lid. We currently only cover it with Press n Seal and it works. However, Press n Seal makes it look cheap and somehow defeats the purpose of making something out of good wood. But since there is no real lid, you have to do something.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • So far so good

Well made, much nicer and more practical than the plastic ones.

I use this every day in my bar. I run a bar and we drink quite a bit of margaritas. It looked a lot nicer in the bar than those crappy plastic moths and matched the aesthetic of my restaurant. I could see it being really sexy when you lined up 2 or 3 with different rims for mise en scรจne. This situation is less is more. I like this because the staff is less likely to overfill with salt and leave all that lumpy salt and juice in the reamer. In a good way it is cleaned every night. We simplyโ€ฆ

You want beauty and functionality? salt or sugar!

Exactly what I was looking for! I have a set of wide rimmed margarita glasses and they are perfect for this. I used a saucer and it didn't work very well. It has a deep moat which is nice as I often make drinks for two and don't want to fill it up. Instead, add just a tablespoon of coarse salt or sugar to the rimmer, tilt it so it gathers in one spot, and swirl the glass until it's evenly coated - voila! Restaurant sugar cones are ideal for making sugar crusts. Watch YouTube to learn how toโ€ฆ
