It wasn't an expensive gift but it was definitely worth the price and more! When my brother moved to Texas, he wasn't content with letting his beer warm before he drank it because of the heat. He said the koozies didn't matter. I stumbled across these and thought they would be great for Christmas! He definitely loved her! Said they really work so he bought more because when his buddies come over they can all enjoy a cold beer in the Texas heat!

Have used it several times in the last year after cooling in two different fridges, didn't get the performance I saw in the test videos on the internet, I give it an average mark, as i don't see that much difference in beer cold after 20-30 minutes which i expected because if you drink beer fast why need this device it should help if you "feed" beer over time .

Received as a gift to my brother. This may seem somewhat misleading. It is designed for standard 2oz bottles or long neck bottles. Don't think that you can get a hot beer or other drink and it immediately cools down. If you have a warm drink, you'll probably use two to drink it "cold." If you already have a soft drink, you can keep it at this temperature and chill it a bit. All in all, not a bad gift or concept. You just have to have the right expectations

The idea sounded good, but there are a few flaws. 1) You must take a large gulp before using the device. It's great when the beer is for you, but not when you're giving it to a guest. That's probably the biggest downside. 2) When you put the device in the bottle, the beer will start to sizzle. 3) it gives the beer a metallic taste 4) it doesn't really keep the beer that cold. Even with Steep and those sticks, the beer was only average temperature after about 10 minutes. Sounds like a good idea,

I bought it for my husband as a gift but stole it for myself. I washed one and put it in the freezer. At the same time, I took a warm soda bottle and put it in the fridge. After an hour, add the Chillsner to my still-warm soda. Contrary to a previous review, I read that a warm drink doesn't get colder, for me it was! My soda was getting colder by the minute. I hardly ever write reviews, it started out as a great product that did exactly what it was designed to do which is keep beer cold . I've had them for about 3 weeks now and I've only hand washed them and put them in the freezer. The main problem is that the rubber stops on the top are worn out and beer is leaking out of them.
