Really difficult to use.

I have decided to "invest" in a good sharpener for eyeliner and eyebrow pencils. I have a cheap one that I've had for years and I figured the more expensive one would give me a sharper tip. It's not like this. This isn't rocket science. You stick a pencil in one of the two hole sizes and turn around. It should be easy and it isn't. It just breaks the end of my eyeliner. Save your money - buy a cheap one that works.

Terribly disappointed!

Loves to stop work! I thought this sharpener would do what it promised. I'm so worried, so disappointed! I'd like to try another one, but I'm not willing to pay for it. My husband warned me this would happen. He's right AGAIN! Shame on you guys for making me trust your product.

Maybe this is defective. No, the second one also has my gel eyeliner IT😩

I used according to the instructions. YouTube also has instructions on how to use it. I tried putting the gel eyeliner in the freezer for ten minutes. I've tried all suggestions. He chewed on four eyeliners. But I do not give up. It may be defective. I have never had any problems with IT cosmetics. I asked to be replaced. I will write another and hopefully better review when it comes through. Has anyone else had this experience? Or is there another sharpener you would recommend for IT gel…
