I ordered a pair of 20x20 pillows, the whole pack and even the label in the picture says 20x20 but the real pillows are only 18x18. Has returned .

Do not machine wash! Although the scene says you can, I machine washed on a cold/delicate wash and the seams ripped and the fluffy insides WERE IN THE WASHING MACHINE EVERYWHERE! What a mess!

I bought cushions for these black pads a month ago and was disappointed. They didn't fill the imitation and the material wasn't very hard so I gave up and bought this set. Always remember to buy pillow inserts that are LARGER than cushions. My shams are 24 x 24 so I bought 26 x 26 inserts. They are very firm and fill the porches perfectly! Let's see how long they stay that soft.

Ordered this 26x26 Done. The label says it's 26 inches, but the cloth case measures 23 in the center, and the empty flat corners measure 24 when you pull it all the way out. They're only half filled with stuffing, and the stuffing that's there is sluggish and unusable. No shape and NOTHING like the advertised picture. Very disappointing and annoying!

I used these 20”x20” inserts in pillowcases 18”x18” and they fit perfectly. They fill in the covers well. These inserts are covered with a comfortable cotton fabric. Most pads you will find (like JoAnns Poly Fil pads) are covered in cheap gauze, like a cheap airplane pillow. These cushions have a very similar feel to feathers and work when you want to do a karate style. These pillows are very, very well filled. Maybe too good. Maybe I was expecting something softer? When I saw "Cotton Down Alternative" I thought of a nice, fluffy combination of feathers and down. Maybe that's what's inside them - stuffed to the brim. They were really very generous. I can't help but think they're tough! They give very little when my elbow presses on them for more room!
