There was enough variety, but the distribution of colors struck me as odd. Who needs 3 blacks? This product is great when you are making friendship bracelets or doing crafts with kids/teens, camping or team building. There are some fun patterns on the box too.

I'm a little hesitant to buy these because another customer said the colors are muted/pastel not as bright as the picture. I decided I couldn't beat the price and it was worth the risk. Wasn't disappointed. The colors are just as vibrant as the picture and they look high quality for our purposes (friendship bracelets). However, I cannot comment on other projects.

I bought these to have lots of colors to hand for crafting and I was not disappointed. The pack includes bright colors as well as lighter colors like red and pink, blue and cyan, yellow and light yellow, green and dark green. The thread is strong and doesn't get tangled easily. There are two skeins of most colors in one pack. I am very happy with my purchase!
