Exactly the belt I needed

I play golf 4-5 times a week and have long been disappointed with the belts I use for pants/golf shorts. I don't want to use my top shelf straps. The middle shelf and bottom shelf straps that I kept buying didn't hold up and/or didn't work. I found these military belts and bought two - black and brown. PERFECT. I wore this type of belt in the military for 20 years. They're simple in design, but they're rugged and work great.

What's going on nearby. It's good!

I bought an extra belt (cheap) so I don't have to swap long pants for shorts. Too good things about this belt: 1) It completely surrounds me (plus 300#) 2) It's cheap (shade less than $10. What's not to like? It's army surplus, durable. I would buy it again or another spare part!

The thickness of the belt is visible when the buckle is closed and is easy to undo as the clasp is not that strong.

My band belt when I was in service 50 years ago needed replacing so I ordered it. The belt is not that thick and the buckle looks a bit cheaper. The thickness of the belt is obvious when the buckle is closed and it is easy to loosen as the clasp is not that strong.
