Very informative and helpful session

I've been doing this for 12+years now so it's not new to me but still good refresher course as well! The instructor was very knowledgeable with all aspects that are needed when we're dealing or investigating cases related to credit card crimes/frauds etc.. As always there were some questions from attendees which made us able think out-of box sometimes (not everyone has same background) also would like more handson activities during class time instead just watching videos online - maybe even…

Very good experience of conducting Anti -Fraud & Internal controls courses

The best part was we made friends along with my colleagues who were going through similar issues/ problems as ours! As it's an international program which you cannot do alone; I think this would be helpful for every organisation to conduct such programs like these so that even if there are only people from one country participating all can get benefited by other countries' experiences also!! Excellent training for fraud prevention and dealing with fraud issues.

I enjoyed the training, and it has really helped me identify and deal with fraud issues in my daily work. I would like to see more modules about social media fraud, and more training on working with different types of fraud. I have learnt a lot and gained new skills in this course.
