Just What I Needed

It was just what I needed to make new straps for my golf cart. Cut the nylon strap to the size I need. Melt the cut end with a match to prevent spillage.

  • Not Reliable

Used it to repair a tension strap on an exercise bike

This material is damn strong. The belt on my wife's stationary bike broke and the manufacturer charged $100 for their "genuine" repair kit. This net looks identical and costs a fraction of what those thieves wanted for their product, and I have some leftovers for other projects.

Withstands outdoor weather conditions

I used this when building a wildcat house as winter weather protection for a wildcat that lived on my porch when I bought my house but showed no interest in being in the room. Cold, rain, snow and the southern sun, which was very hot in the autumn when I set up the Wildhaus, the tape could withstand almost nothing. Also used to glue the mutes to the head of the drum. I'm sure it will be useful for many other purposes as well. Recommend.

  • Webbing
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

I buy strapping material from various vendors on Revain, most of the times they provide a good quality product. However, this time I was frustrated that I was using a strap made from 45" pieces and when I pulled on my second 45" strap to cut it there was a piece of tape around the strap in the middle of the 45". -inch belt . I thought it was just a factory measuring tool but when I removed the tape it was cut in two. It's impossible to save this piece, so I cut out another one. But given the…

Own a dog? Here's your next clue.

Ideal leash for dogs weighing 40 to 100 pounds. It's easy to pay $15 to $25 for a dog leash. Some cost more. And all wear out. Instead, cut the swivel before discarding the old leader. Then tie a neat knot on this strap. Cut it to any length you want! When it wears out, just make a new one. Dogs can be expensive. Leads don't have to be. If you can tie a figure eight knot, you can do it. (See instructions online if needed.) You only need to tie three figure eight knots.1. Thread one end of the…
