Great tool and great customer support

It is simple enough for people without programming experience such as myself or my employees who are not technical staff members at our organization to use it with minimal training required! The only thing I found difficult was setting up new accounts in order to make sure they were protected from sharing our information outside of their own account. Very user friendly software, quick implementation

It's easy to integrate with our accounting system and it's very helpful for our team in managing all of our projects. I wish that we could add custom fields to the sheet but their support is great and they are always willing to help me out when needed. We have been using this product for about 2 years now and there has never been any issues. The only time I ever had an issue was because I didn't know how to use some of the features. If you're looking for something simple then this is perfect…

Great for creating templates and sharing documents

The ability of being able to copy-paste formulas from one sheet to another is great! It makes it so much easier for us as we can't have all our sheets linked together in just ONE spot. I wish that you could link your spreadsheet/document directly to the API but its not yet implemented that way. Having multiple companies share spreadsheets has been very efficient at times. We are able to keep track of things within several departments. Plus since everyone's information is already available…
