🍞 Cool Touch 2-Slice White Toaster CTP-2701W by Courant Review

I couldn't ask for a better $10 toaster. I got tired of switching toasters after a year or two, so I decided to save money. I'm not disappointed. I like that it's small - it takes up a quarter less space than my previous toaster. The red color is bright and cheerful. The most important thing is the toast. In the darkest environment, my bagels are toasted to perfection in no time. I plan to buy for my son when he moves.

I was concerned at first because it's a lot lighter than my previous toasters, but don't worry! It's cool to the touch and burns fast which I learned when my smoke alarm went off! I love red. The only drawback is that the "mark" for adjusting the degree of browning is not clearly defined and is very difficult to see or feel. I live alone so attitudes never change but this can be a problem for a family. I gave 5 stars because it meets all my needs and expectations.

Came in very tight packaging. We use it almost every day and for the price it's hard to beat. It doesn't tan perfectly, but that's fine in our house. They can be very light or very dark, or several levels in between. This is a simple toaster. "Browning" is made from coils running along the outside of the toaster. So sometimes I walk a piece twice. But then again, I love it when my toast is very dark. My wife doesn't do this as she likes very light toast.
