When I tried this product, the stretch was weak and flimsy, causing my beading work to unravel easily. The only pro was the length of the product, allowing me to use it for multiple projects. However, the low quality of the stretch material far outweighs any convenience. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a higher quality stretch cord for your jewelry making needs.

Very disappointed in the cord. We used it for the kids to make bracelets and within a few days they were breaking beads and throwing them all over the place. I will say that nail polish was used to seal the knots and apparently the nail polish went through them and broke the cord. I don't use pearls so it could have been user error and an expensive cord, but I still think it should have lasted the nail polish longer than a day or two.

When I bought this cable from a local store like Walmart I never had a problem with it and all my bracelets have held up like a dream. I've never heard anyone complain about their bracelet breaking or not holding up. Since ordering and using this cable from Revain I have had several broken bracelets. Not good for business. I later saw similar complaints about Stretch Magic being ordered from Revain.
